My family walked past this vendor at the market and had a sample of the plantain lasagna...and then we bought half of a pan have for dinner! It was THAT good. In addition to the lasagna, the lovely chef sent us home with three delicious sides, all for a really great value. Wish we were local--we'd hire them to cater anything!
